| There are a series of different dining environments within Indigo, each characterised by a stylish attention to detail. The Yellow Room seats 20 for an intimate dining experience. Non-smoking, the Yellow Room is also available for private dinners and functions. The main dining room of Indigo seats 45 and is infused with light, creating an ambience perfectly suited to long and relaxed dining. Within Indigo, the environment forms a large part of the superb dining experience turning dinner into an enjoyable evening out. |
| Further areas within Indigo include the Black Lounge where the teak wood pitched ceiling and matt black plaster walls form the backdrop to private dining for up to 26 people and for Indigo's renowned and exclusive wine dinners. | From November through to March an al fresco dining option is available on the Terrace at Indigo. With seating for 45, candlelit terrace dinners make the most of the space available and the terrace can also be used for a private function or event. | Indigo is open for lunches, dinners and Sunday brunch. Lunch is served from noon until 3.00pm and dinner in two settings, 7.30pm and 10pm. This allows for a full and unhurried dining experience. Indigo bar is open from 6.30pm till 1.30am and Sunday brunch is served from noon until 4.00pm.
