Mahesh Lunch Home is partially air-conditioned for diners comfort and the efficient and friendly staff will welcome you as their guest in what is a premier Mumbai restaurant. With seating for 99 diners, the decor and ambience is stylish without being too formal and welcoming without being too casual. Diners can choose between indoor and outdoor seating areas, each with their own special appeal.
The menu at Mahesh Lunch Home is filled with vegetarian and non-vegetarian delights. A particular speciality is Kaati rolls, with 10 different types on offer, and stuffed Parath, or flatbread, combo meals. Vegetarian options include many Paneer dishes, which are based on a South Asian and Persian style cheese, pressed, sliced or chopped. These include Chilli, Mutter, Palak and Shahi Paneers. Other vegetarian dishes include Jalfrezi, Kolhapuri, Koftas and Masalas.

Non vegetarian options are dominated by chicken and mutton dishes. Starters include mutton Sheekh kebab and a range of chicken starters such as Tikkas, chilli chicken and crispy chicken options. For a main course diners can choose from a selection including Dopiaza, Kadai, Jalfrezi, Masala and Kolhapuri available in chicken or mutton options. Ginger chicken and chilli chicken are popular alternatives.
Accompaniments to main meals include a wide selection of rice and dhals. Choose from Jeera, Pilau, Kashmiri or fried rice options, and fried, tadka or makhani dhals. A selection of Raitas is also available as are salads including Green, Russian, and potato salad options. For dessert and the perfect conclusion to any meal, diners can choose between a choice of ice cream, Gulab Jamun, Gajar Halwa, or Rasmalai.
